1. Package Inspection
After unpacking the box, carefully check that all components are complete and confirm that there is no damage. A typical Sidekick antenna package usually includes:

Tool kit (screwdriver, wrench, etc.)

2. Choose the installation location
Flat ground: Choose a solid and level surface for installation, and avoid operating on slopes or unstable ground.
No obstacles: Make sure there are no large obstacles around the antenna that block the line of sight to the satellite.
Stay away from interference sources: Try to stay away from other electronic devices, power lines, and other places that may generate electromagnetic interference.
3. Assemble the bracket
Connect the bracket parts as shown in the instructions, making sure all bolts are tightened in place.

4. Install the antenna unit

Fine-tuning: Adjust the direction of the antenna by manually rotating the bracket until the strongest signal is received. Many systems have a signal strength indicator to help with this step.
Lock the position: Once you find the best signal point, immediately lock all adjustments on the bracket to prevent wind or other factors from causing the antenna to move.
7. Testing and Verification
Start the receiving device and check whether the expected satellite signal can be stably received.

8. Removal and Storage
