1. The wiring harnesses independently developed and produced by our company have been equipped with many models of BYD, Yutong Bus, IT BOX, Wuling New Energy and other car manufacturers. They have cost advantages and stable quality performance. The wires are mainly coaxial cables. Commonly used cables are RG174/1.5DS/1.5C2V/3C2V/LVDS/USB cables, etc. The connectors are mostly FAKRA, which can be matched with Rosenberg/Amphenol/Hirose/Aptiv/Molex/JASO/SUNNET and other brands and models. The wires and connectors can be customized according to customer requirements.
Important considerations for wiring harness design:
Clear requirements:Understand where the application scenario is assembled in the car, the operating environment temperature, humidity, vibration conditions, and electrical requirements (current, voltage).
Wire selection:Select the wire cross-sectional area according to the load current, taking into account heat resistance and wear resistance.
Insulation and protection:Select appropriate insulation layer materials, considering heat resistance; add sheath protection to prevent external damage.
Connectors and Terminals:Select the appropriate connector type to ensure good contact; check the terminal quality to ensure a secure connection.
Wiring and fixing:Plan the wiring reasonably to avoid interference; choose a suitable fixing method to ensure stability.
